ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS:
JLynn Jewelry accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. JLynn Jewelry also accepts checks online via PayPal; however, your order will not be processed and shipped until your check has been cleared.
9.75% sales tax will be automatically applied to all orders shipped to California.
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. We use small flat rate boxes to save on shipping costs. You will receive a separate email from USPS.com with package tracking details. Most orders will be received within 7-10 business days after placed. International orders may take longer depending on customs procedures within that country.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES & TAXES:
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. Delays are common when shipping internationally due to handling of duty and customs, so please factor this in when placing your order. Any GST, import taxes, duty or other fees assessed by your country are your responsibility.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five working days after receipt of merchandise. Our responsibility for merchandise ceases upon delivering your package to the carrier. We are not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. We would, however, assist you in supplying any information necessary for submission of your claim.
RETURNS & REPAIR POLICY:
JLynn Jewelry does not offer refunds. Instead, we offer credit that can be applied towards the purchase of any items on our website. There are no exchanges on special orders which include lengthened or engraved pieces and requested design changes. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment for any returned merchandise. In order to process an exchange you must first email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate the process.
In the event that a piece needs repair, please email us at email@example.com to receive a repair quote. Some beads or stones may not be available for repair, in which case we will make every attempt to find something similar.
