ACCEPTABLE PAYMENT METHODS:
JLynn Jewelry accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal and ApplePay. JLynn Jewelry also accepts checks online via PayPal; however, your order will not be processed and shipped until your check has been cleared.

SALES TAX:
9.75% sales tax will be automatically applied to all orders shipped to California.

SHIPPING CARRIER:
All packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail with tracking capability. You will receive a separate email from my store when your order has shipped. Most orders will be received within 7-10 business days after placed. 

SHIPPING RATES:
Shipping in the USA is free for all orders over $50.00 with USPS Priority Mail service. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
Please email me at jennifer@Jlynn-Jewelry.com to inquire about placing an international order. I handle these on a case by case basis.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:
All claims (damage or shortage) must be reported within five days after receipt of merchandise. My responsibility for merchandise ceases upon delivering your package to the carrier. I am not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. You must file a claim with the delivery carrier. I would, however, assist you in supplying any information necessary for submission of your claim.

RETURNS & REPAIR POLICY:
If you are not satisfied with your JLynn Jewelry order you may exchange or return your order within 30 days of the purchase date. Custom orders are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. The customer will be responsible for the cost of shipment for any returned merchandise. In order to process an exchange you must first email me at jennifer@jlynn-jewelry.com to initiate the process.

In the event that a piece needs repair, please email me at jennifer@jlynn-jewelry.com to receive a repair quote. In rare cases, some stones may not be available for repair, in which case I will make every attempt to find something similar.
